About

Purpose

Access to mortgage credit remains too difficult for many new buyers, especially in underserved markets, so The Nickerson Group developed "Coming Home Again", FREE one-day workshops held across the nation to focus on the design, financing, and administration of first-time homebuyer programs.

Come join us to learn about the many changes in the mortgage lending industry since the recession - new mortgage products, new regulatory requirements, improved underwriting tools, creative subsidy approaches, and yes, even new acronyms.

"Coming Home Again" is sponsored by Freddie Mac and participating mortgage lending institutions.

Who Should Attend

These interactive workshops focus on helping nonprofit developers, counseling agencies, state and local government agencies, and other housing providers to successfully assist underserved households and to stabilize distressed communities.

Participants receive a FREE comprehensive, first-time homeownership tool kit and helpful presentation materials.
